Model - The goal of SUSD Technology Professional
Development is to encourage long-term changes that will positively affect
student achievement. Toward this end, whenever possible, a teaching
and coaching model will be used for all Professional Development. Each
training class will be followed by one-on-one support at the site within
a few days of the training. Once the trainee has had a couple of days
to apply the content of the training, there will be a support person
on campus to help them with any questions or challenges.
